This is the shrek I did for HBO's Entourage series ...it's damn near unbreakable, cast from Urethane elastomers. After this pic I painted it with pros-ait medical adhesive and acrylics. The actors tossed it around a lot ;-) (I used the great sculpt by Mcfarlane Toys as my reference)

it's really easy to work with, it mixes by volume, so very straight forward.

Is there a need for a vacuum chamber, scale, or pressure pot? I'm very new to mold making, and I'm currently very broke XD. Unfortunately I'm pretty limited on what I can use since I don't own those tools :(.

This rocks! I had no idea you did this. I love entourage. Was it in the Guys and Doll episode?

The one were someone stole one of the original shrek maquettes, I can't remember the title, I worked on six or so episodes making specialty props :)

Looks so strange with the light coming through it, like it's carved from amber...

i love that material, it's virtually indestructible and easy to cast in a silicone mold... perfect when actors are anywhere near ;-P
